Glenn Gottlieb brings extensive experience in the strategic management, business development and marketing
of technology products in the computer, wireless communications, and consumer multimedia markets.  Prior to
SiVerta Mr. Gottlieb was a partner with the executive consulting firm G&O, LLC providing senior-level
consulting services across a broad range of business development, marketing, and investment banking
disciplines for startup companies and large organizations.  

Assignments included:

•       Commercialization efforts for a major US defense contractor including spin-outs and
    technology licenses in a variety of industries such as optical networking, RF components,
    wireless infrastructure, Bioinformatics, Java tools, and 802.11 components

•        Advisor to senior management of a Japanese multinational on the sale of some US assets

•        Marketing and business development for a wireless e-mail company

•        Business development for networking development tools company

Prior to G&O, Mr. Gottlieb co-founded AirFlash, a leader in wireless location based services (merged with
Webraska), where he led AirFlash’s business development and public relations efforts.  Prior to AirFlash, Mr.
Gottlieb was director, marketing and business development for Pacific Bell Wireless, where he was an early
member of the team the launched GSM in North America, was instrumental in forming the Services Group
within the GSM North American Alliance, and put in place many key alliances.   Mr. Gottlieb also has significant
experience in product line management in both the business to business and business to consumer markets.  
Product lines have been in the portable computing market, and consumer multimedia.  

Mr. Gottlieb holds a BS in Computer Science and a BA in Mathematics from Indiana University, and an MBA
from Butler University.
